He knew right away he had found his calling, and he started early learning every aspect of the business.  What worked. What didn't work.  One thing that stood out to Jason from the start was the need for quality customer service.  When an opportunity to get into inside sales opened up, Jason convinced his bosses to give him a chance, and his customers can attest that they chose the right man for the job.  Every step of his career since then has been focused on maintaining the highest level of integrity and client relations.  One thing Jason tells up and coming salesmen is, "All you have is your name.  If you soil that by being dishonest, disloyal, or inconsiderate, you have nothing left."  That's why our motto at Bearce Industrial is, "Because integrity matters."  We believe integrity must be the foundation of everything we do.
